I’m an experienced personal trainer and wellness coach who has successfully helped hundreds of clients achieve their health and body goals through one-to-one sessions, outdoor bootcamps and online coaching in nutrition, fitness, and mindset.

But I didn’t always work in health and wellbeing…

I previously worked in managerial and sales executive level roles in a corporate career which lasted for over 8 years. It was only after I began to suffer from debilitating migraines which made my intense work life impossible, that I realised first-hand the importance of taking care of your health and wellbeing daily.

While learning to improve my own wellbeing I delved deeply into a range of wellness fields, realising early on that it was only through a holistic approach I could achieve lasting health and vitality.

When I’m not helping others in achieving their potential, I’m a passionate cook, I love creating delicious plant based dishes and food recipes. I also love to travel! You might find me in Thailand attending one of Muay Thai training camps or snowboarding in the Italian Alps with the crew...​
